I love this one so much Joe. You just reminded me where I want to live in this divide. Where the beauty still exists!

Thank you for: 1) your humility which enables you to see a better way 2) your duty of service which drives you to pursue it, and 3) your dedication to pursue this despite overwhelming odds in favor of the status quo.

I appreciate your comment. It means a lot! Thank you!

When I was considering this project (both the essays and the political organization plans), I reached out to my brother for advice. He texted me back with a quote from Elon Musk that simply said: "When something is important enough, you do it, even if the odds are not in your favor." I decided to walk through that open door. I have walked through each open door since. I have met a lot of wonderful people and made some new friends. The journey continues!

One observation I will make is our polarized view are about what I see as bullshit issues. Take guns. Guns have been used for hunting and varmint suppression for centuries. In crowded world lacking apex predators we need human hunters to serve that role. Do hunters and farmers need semiautomatic weapons with 5 or more bullets in the magazine to accomplish this task?

Is it a good thing that gun makers sell semi-automatics designed to resemble military small arms to people in urban areas? Why would you need such an item?

And go from there.
